Club Recruitment – Expanding Our Impact
At the start of the new semester, I took the initiative to organize and plan a club recruitment event to attract more students who share a passion for philanthropy. Our goal was to bring in new members willing to contribute to our mission of supporting children in Africa.
To maximize outreach, we leveraged posters, social media promotions, and face-to-face interactions to introduce students—both freshmen and returning—to our foundation’s mission, vision, and past achievements.
During the recruitment period, we also hosted interactive Q&A sessions, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of our charity projects. We encouraged new members to share their thoughts on philanthropy and community service, fostering a culture of engagement and commitment. As a result, we successfully attracted a large number of students, significantly expanding our team and laying a strong foundation for future initiatives.
